How Refiloe, a day spa manager in George, doubled the spa's repeat-visit rate in a season
Combining annual treatment recall, birthday campaigns, and review prompts created a self-sustaining repeat-visit engine.
Refiloe manages a small day spa in George. The challenge wasn't winning new clients — the area is busy with seasonal traffic — but converting one-time visitors into repeat visitors who'd come back outside of season.
ClientPulse handled this through three features stacked together. First, every client got a configurable recall cadence — for some treatments a 6-week follow-up, for others 3-monthly, all based on what each treatment actually needs. Second, birthday-month campaigns targeted clients with a small treatment offer. Third, the review prompt — sent automatically a few hours after the appointment — quietly built up the spa's Google rating, which fed new client traffic.
Each lever on its own would have moved a number. Stacked, they doubled the spa's effective repeat-visit rate over a single season.
“Repeat visits used to be luck. Now they're a system.”
